By accessing or using Arc Assistant (“Arc”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you are using Arc on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Arc Assistant is a browser-based AI assistant that operates when explicitly triggered by the user.

Arc processes content that you choose to select or submit. It does not operate passively or access content without user action.

Arc may rely on locally executed models or third-party model providers depending on configuration.

You are responsible for the content you choose to process using Arc.

You agree not to use Arc in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process any content you submit to Arc, including content that may contain confidential or personal information.

If you configure Arc to use a third-party model provider, you are responsible for evaluating the suitability and compliance posture of that provider.

Arc generates responses using artificial intelligence models.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for certain uses.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any output before relying on it.

Arc is not intended to provide legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Arc Assistant and its underlying software are the property of AVNR Pte. Ltd.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Arc for lawful purposes.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Arc.

Arc may interact with third-party model providers or services.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security practices of third-party services.

Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVNR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of Arc.

Arc is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for Arc during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to Arc if you violate these Terms.

You may discontinue use of Arc at any time by uninstalling the extension.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of Arc after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
